Take you tried looking down both sides of your mouse wheel? Peradventure fifty-fifty going at the sides with something pointy like a toothpick? I've had like issues with with Corsair mice (or mouses idk) and that seemed to do the play a joke on, the difference between that and your situation though is that yours is brand new and mine usually came from simply dust beingness on the sides from long apply. So. I simply got this mouse yesterday equally a surprise belated birthday souvenir and information technology was new and sealed in the box. When scrolling up the curl wheel makes an admittedly terrible grinding audio that information technology doesn't brand when scrolling downwardly.

As this was a gift, I don't accept the receipt from the original place of purchase so I know Corsair won't assist me. Does anyone have any tips or tricks?
