I think I will stay with my R2.0 until ZEN FX arrives

Pro´south:

At that place is M.2 support
USB 3.ane
Intel i211V ethernet controller (R2.0 has a crappy Realtek 8111F)

Con´due south:

PCI-Limited 2.0
DDR3

The realtek 8111f does fine on my end lol

Con´s:

PCI-Express 2.0
DDR3

Cypher Asus can do to change that. 990FX is PCI-e 2.0, not that annihilation can saturate the pair of 16x 2.0 slots and DDR3 is on the CPU's. This is just a basic update that add a feature ready that isn't available on other boards.

I don't think I've always seen major revisions of boards, Sabertooth seems to be the only ane which often gets 2-iii major revisions.

All the top stop asus boards do. Deluxe, Binge, Crosshair, Sabertooth etc.
